You can cancel using the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, or email us at support@scamsafeguard.com with the subject "Cancel subscription" and we'll take care of it. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. If you're within 30 days of purchase, you can request our voluntary full refund — in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Click "Mark as Safe" on the warning page, or email us at support@scamsafeguard.com with the site address. We review false-positive reports as a priority — usually within one business day — and push corrections to all users as soon as they're confirmed.

Open Chrome on their computer, go to scamsafeguard.com, and click "Add to Chrome." It takes about 60 seconds, including one welcome screen to confirm. After that it runs automatically — they don't need to do anything to stay protected.

The Chrome extension works on desktop and laptop computers (Windows and Mac). A mobile version is on the roadmap. In the meantime, you can use the "Check a Message" feature on desktop to scan any suspicious link you've received on your phone.
